Joinery

The joiner’s shop was founded in 1995 within CJSC “Ukrrosmetall”. During this time, the shop has come a long way from making simple joinery to high-end and highly artistic interior goods and objects. Production of our goods requires valuable exotic natural kinds of wood, which in its turn emphasizes uniqueness and exclusive nature of the product.

The technology of “glued massif” was first used in Holland in the 17th century to produce furniture and interior objects.
The massif of wood is sawn into thin planks, after which it is glued together again, which results in reduction of inner pressure of wood and reduces the influence of atmospheric factors on the wood (increased humidity, changing temperatures). The product has less risk of casting and cracking, which increases shelf life of the product. Inside the bar of the “glued massif” soft wood is used, and the outside is glued with lamellae of hard, decorative, exotic kinds of wood.

You can find a lot of interesting things in our studio if you decide to use wood in your interior:

1. Original designer solutions: from one-of-a-king entrance door, wall panels with carved pieces to special cornices and socles.
2. Interior finishing with products made of natural wood for small rooms (cabins, residential rooms in mansions, study rooms, etc.) in traditional ancient castle and palace interiors depending on the circumstances.
3. Production of exclusive furniture made of natural wood (as well as making copies – samples of antique furniture), search and implementation of new ideas in the sphere of decorative and applied technologies.
4. Revival of undeservingly forgotten complex profile form, development and production of machined wood moldings (cornices, hollow moldings, frames, socles, fillet molds), production of complex machine profiles using the customer’s sketches or ours.

Forging
